Our Leadership

Shikha is the Founder & CEO of eTraverse.  She is an Information Technology Engineer currently pursuing a Masters in Business Administration from Wits Business School, WITS University, Johannesburg.

In her role as a CEO, she inspires to work collaboratively with African education fraternity for delivering quality education by adding real value to the educational systems and to endeavor to shape the educational ecosystem of African children for the betterment of their future.
The Initiative was recognized by Women in IT Awards Asia and she was chosen- Finalist, Young Leader of the year, 2019 in Singapore. More recently, Her Research paper on “e-learning effectiveness and outcomes” was selected by IRES -801st International Conference on E-Learning, E-Business, E-Education in Johannesburg, South Africa 2020..
